Custom Orders

Approve customers now have the ability to place Customization Orders on the Brümate Wholesale website.

Custom Order Process

  • Compile products you'd like to order with proper artwork/logo file.

    Note: Customization is currently only available for BrüMate Core solid colors and not limited edition drops. Customization personalization is not offered on glitters, prints, or limited editions.

  • Navigate to the BrüMate Wholesale Website and find the product you'd like to purchase. Navigate to the product's detail page. Select the "Customize" button.

  • Select the "Upload" button to upload your logo.

  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions and then select "Choose File" to upload your logo. Upload your artwork file.

    Note: Artwork files must be vector format (EPS, AI, SVG, Illustrator PDF). See more details below. - TBD

  • Position your logo in the correct spot, based on the preview. Once it looks correct, select "Apply".

  • Preview your uploaded logo again and ensure the positioning is accurate. Once approved, select the consent checkbox. Update the quantity to your desired amount and select "Add to Bag".

  • In order to checkout, you will be required to purchase at least 24 units, across a single product family for any one given logo. Once this requirement is met, you will be able to checkout.

    For example, you can purchase 6 Guava Era 40oz, and 18 Lilac Dusk Era 40oz.

    • The order will begin the proof process. Proof Email will come from: proofs@hitpromo.net

    • Proof is emailed to customer to be viewed and approved.

    • If proof needs editing, add comments and reject the proof through proof email.

    • Once edits are made, final proof is sent and approved through proof email.

    • Order goes into production. Please note: production time is 3 weeks from the time of final art approval.

    • Completed custom order is shipped and tracking number is sent to customer.

Upload Your Own Logo Artwork Tips

Please review the tips below to ensure you are satisfied with the final engraving!

  • We recommend uploading an SVG file. If you do not have an SVG file, we can accommodate PNG files. However, we highly recommend SVG for best results.

  • Your uploaded image cannot exceed 10MB, however, it should have a minimum size of 1 inch x 1 inch at 300 pixels per inch.

  • Your uploaded artwork should be 100% black and white with no grayscale.

  • The lines within your uploaded artwork should be thick and should not overlap with one another.

  • Once you upload your artwork into the personalization module, please review the engraving preview provided. The preview shown reflects what the engraving will look like on the product. If you are not satisfied with the provided preview, please consider uploading a different artwork file and trying again.

  • Orders containing inappropriate artwork or profanity will be flagged and cancelled.

  • You must agree to the custom artwork upload terms and conditions and approve the artwork preview within the module before your order can be completed.

  • All personalized orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
